Habitat management
RANA has different habitat management actions e.g. through vegetation control by herbivores. RANA has its own very rare Monte Amiata donkey by which it managed the Stork areas in Italy, together with CARAPAX, and Amphibian areas together with NATUURPUNT and private land owners in Belgium (Ten Trappen reserve in Hoeilaart, Overijse). 

VOLUNTEERS
Since 25 years RANA has a huge experience in nature projects management involving volunteers. Since the beginning RANA coordinated over 2000 volunteers of 35 nationalities in a dozen projects. RANA has a strong partnership with the European voluntary building organisation IBO.
